Return Policy

Please read this section carefully to make sure that your return is processed correctly.

1. All products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of being received.

2. There is a $4 /item re-stocking fee on returns, and shipping is not refundable, except when,

a) the item arrived defective.

b) you were shipped an incorrect item by us.

In the situations stated above (a and b), a full refund including shipping will be made as soon as we receive the return.

Please send all returns with a printout of the electronic receipt (sent by us to your email), the included packing slip, or an order number and full name, and an explanation of why you are returning the item.
