Q: I received my power supply, but my device is not powering up, what should I do?

Step 1: Confirm that the connector plugs snuggly into your device? If the connector plugs firmly - go to step 2.

Step 2: Make sure that the AC cable that came with your power adapter and connects it to the wall outlet is plugged firmly into the adapter.

Step 3: Make sure that the specifications of your device match the specifications of the power supply you ordered. If they match - go to step 4.
